COVID-19 Procedures and Policies
We would like to share our plans for keeping guests safe as we begin welcoming them back. Due to State and Local requirements we will suspend daily housekeeping. Every morning we will provide our guests with all of our amenities outside their door. Elmwood House is already uniquely set up for social distancing, the two suites on the first floor, Onyx Spring Suite and Harding Spring Suite have private entrances. The two second floor suites share a common entrance door and a small hallway with only those two suites. All suites have their own sitting areas on the porch or balcony and additional sitting areas in the courtyards that allow for relaxation and social distancing. Only registered guests will be allowed on Elmwood House property.
Cleanliness & Disinfecting Practices at the Inn
Our goal has always been to achieve and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, disinfection and hygiene possible for our guests and we are following and exceeding the Hotel Cleaning Standards from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Guidelines from the CDC. We use hospital grade disinfectants for cleaning. Currently after a suite is rented we have chosen not rent that suite for one day to allow time for disinfecting and deep cleaning. All bedding, including mattress pads, are laundered between each guest. We want our guests to know our top priority is to provide them with a safe, clean, relaxing place for them to enjoy and stay while in Eureka Springs.
